With the Knicks victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday night, New York has made the playoffs for the first time in seven years. It’s exciting, but also unlikely that they will go very far this year.  There are a few missing pieces.  For one thing, they need a big man.

Still, they match up well with the Miami (who also lacks size) and could advance into the second round, if they are “lucky” enough to face the Heat first.

In lieu of actually having one, here’s a look at the top 10 Centers in Knicks history.

1. Patrick Ewing (1985-2000)

2. Willis Reed (1964-1974)

3. Harry Gallatin (1948-1957)

4. Walt Bellamy (1965-1968)

5. Jerry Lucas (1971-1974)

6. Bill Cartwright (1979-1988)

7. Bob McAdoo (1976-1979)

8. Nat Clifton (1950-1957)

9. Marcus Camby (1998-2002)

10. Ray Felix (1954-1960)
