Shaquille O’Neal and The Top 20 Foulers in NBA History
Shaquille O’Neal stated earlier this season that he would like to extend his career beyond this year. That was before his latest string of injuries, though, which caused him to miss the last two-plus months of the season. Shaq’s return is possible, but questionable.
O’Neal is easily one of the greatest players to ever hit the hardwood; He’s all over the career leaderboards. But here’s one leadership category you might not expect.
For just about all of his career, and especially in the beginning, O’Neal has been relentlessly fouled and hacked (aka “Hack-a-Shaq”). Ironically, he finishes his career as an all-time top 10 foul-giver.
