Derrick Rose and Chicago Bulls to Face LeBron James and Miami Heat for Eastern Conference Title: Most Eastern Conference Titles By Team

Derrick Rose scored 19 and dished 12 assists and Carlos Boozer added 23 points and 10 rebounds as the Chicago Bulls finished off the Atlanta Hawks in Game 6.
The Bulls will face the Miami Heat for the Eastern Conference championship. Game 1 is Sunday in Chicago.
If the Bulls win the series, it will be their 7th Eastern Conference title. Meanwhile, the Heat have just one E.C. title to their credit: 2006, when they when they went on to win the NBA Finals, too.
