The Cleveland Cavaliers (against the odds, which favored the Minnesota Timberwolves) have won the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft Lottery.

The general consensus is they will pick either Duke‘s Kyrie Irving or Arizona‘s Derrick Williams.
