Rory McIlroy Leads 2011 U.S. Open Day One: Venues that Have Hosted the Most U.S. Opens

Rory McIlroy sits at -6 atop the 2011 U.S. Open at Congressional leaderboard. Masters champion Charl Schwartzel is tied with Y.E. Yang in second at -3.
This is the third time the U.S. Open has been played at Congressional, just outside Washington, D.C.
Oakmont has hosted the most U.S. Opens with 8.
