Wayne Gretzky is the all-time points leader in NHL history. He’s nearly a whopping 1,000 points ahead of his once-Oiler-and-Ranger teammate Mark Messier, who sits in second.  Gretzky has the most points, goals and assists of any hockey player, ever. Just a “little” more evidence why he is “The Great One.”

Jaromir Jagr cracked the top 10 back in 2007-08 with the New York Rangers and will probably finish his career right behind Mario Lemiuex. In case you’re wondering, Jagr’s on the Philadelphia Flyers this year, after playing in Russia (Avangard Omsk) for three seasons.

Here are the all-time top 25 career points leaders in NHL history.  The Anaheim DucksTeemu Selanne just surpassed Guy Lafleur tonight (2 goals and 2 assists) to join the club.
