Lou Gehrig, Alex Rodriguez and the Most Grand Slams in Baseball History
Alex Rodriguez is likely destined to become baseball’s all-time grand slam leader. He’s just one behind Lou Gehrig, who set the record way back in August of 1938 – 74 years ago.
Manny Ramirez is just two behind, but is still working his way through the minors at the ripe old age of 40.
There’s Hank Aaron in ninth with 16. And what about the all-time, performance-enhanced home run leader? Barry Bonds has 11 and didn’t make the cut here.
Here are baseball’s top 20 all-time grand slam leaders, courtesy baseball-almanac.com, where you can literally find the top 1,000+ (anyone that has hit at least two).
