Top 20 Players with the Most 1st Team All-NBA Selections
Posted by Vin Getz
It’s Karl Malone with the most 1st Team All-NBA selections. He’s got 11 – more than Kareem, Michael and everybody else.
This is some list of the greatest to play the game of basketball. Everyone is a Hall of Famer, or will be, assuming Dwight Howard makes it.
Howard is the weakest (relatively) of the actives, led by Kobe Bryant who will break Malone’s record. Kobe is 34 years old at the time of this post and just one selection behind.
LeBron James should catch Malone, too. He’s only 27 with six in his pocket already and he’s looking like he’ll take another this year.
Tim Duncan and Jason Kidd round out the actives towards the bottom.
