The Los Angeles Clippers whupped the Golden State Warriors Monday night by 40, tying up their First Round series 1-1 and hitting the record books.

That’s tied for the 15th biggest postseason beat down ever.

There’s another tie at the top of the all-time biggest playoff-game blowouts, today’s list.

In 1956, the Minneapolis (now-Los Angeles) Lakers crushed the St. Louis (now-Atlanta) Hawks by 58 points in the Western Semifinals. Over 50 years later, the Denver Nuggets did the same to the New Orleans Hornets (now-Pelicans).

The Lakers franchise has been on the good end of a playoff blowout more than anybody: seven of the 21 below.

What about the regular season? Have you seen the 20 biggest blowouts in NBA history?

Hope you’re enjoying the games.

Note: All losers were on the road, except for those noted in CAPS.
