Baseball Teams with the Most Wins of All Time
Here’s a rundown of all-time regular season wins for every baseball franchise as of the date of this post.

The Yankees, while eighth all time, are the first franchise of the 20th century to make the list.
The Angels have the most wins of any “modern” franchise.
UPDATED LIST: Getting a lot of hits today (Apr. 30, 2014) from out on the West Coast, so updated the list below as of today’s date. Original post above from Apr. 20, 2012. Since then, two more teams – the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates – have notched their 10,000th win. That makes seven teams all time over that mark. The New York Yankees are next, just 30 wins and some bits more away.
