Big Bad Willie McGinest Has The Most Sacks In Postseason History

Well, well, it’s Willie McGinest of all three of the New England Patriots‘ Super Bowl-winning teams who has the most sacks in postseason history. He’s got a mean 16.

Terrell Suggs is the closest active player. Suggs has 12, but – oops – his reigning champion Baltimore Ravens failed to make the playoffs this time around. Suggs will be back, though (but maybe not as a Raven).

Here are the baddest linebackers in playoff history – the top 20 with the most sacks.

Check out the San Francisco 49ersCedrick Hardman who chalked up 10 sacks in just four games back in the early 1970’s.
