The Sultan Of World Series Swat, Babe Ruth, Hit Three Home Runs In A World Series Game Twice

Only six players have had more than one multi-home run game in the World Series, led by Babe Ruth, who had four – twice as many as anyone else. The other five guys did it twice apiece.

In 1980, Kansas City Royals first baseman, Willie Aikens became the first player to have more than one multi-hr game in a single World Series – but the Royals lost to the Philadelphia Phillies four games to two.

Chase Utley became the second and only other player to do that in 2009, this time in a winning effort.

Another 12 players had at least two multi-home run games in the postseason, including Manny Ramirez and Carlos Beltran with three, second most behind the Babe. Beltran did it with three different teams, in fact.
